1. Who we are

This website is presented under the Stoke Bike name. Questions about this notice can be sent to support@stokebike.com.

2. Information we collect

The site has no account or shopping-cart form. It uses the following information:

  • Contact details: information you choose to send after opening email or WhatsApp.
  • Usage data: pages, events, device information and technical signals processed through Google Analytics 4.
  • Fit Finder preferences: if you submit the tool, analytics may record the use case, budget band and folding preference. Your entered height and weight stay in the browser and are not sent to Google Analytics.
  • WhatsApp inquiry code: a random session code such as US-ABC234, stored in this tab's session storage and added to the message draft with the current page path.

3. How we use your information

  • Respond to product, purchase and support questions you choose to send.
  • Measure which pages and calls to action are useful, subject to the analytics controls below.
  • Match an inquiry code in a sent WhatsApp message with the originating market and page.

4. Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics 4 may load on English production pages when no preference has been saved. On /pt-br pages, it loads only after the visitor allows analytics. A refusal is saved in this browser and respected across both markets. The site does not configure personalized advertising. Use “Analytics preferences” in the footer to allow, refuse or withdraw; the site and WhatsApp remain available after refusal.

Withdrawal stops later analytics loads and events in that browser; it does not automatically erase information already processed by the provider.

The inquiry code contains no name, phone number, email address or typed message when generated. If you send the draft with the code intact, the recipient can associate it with your message. The analytics event records a link click, not message delivery or receipt.

5. External services

Google processes analytics data when analytics is enabled. WhatsApp processes information you choose to send after following an outbound link. Their own terms and privacy notices apply to those services.

6. Your choices and rights

You can change analytics preferences from the footer. For access, correction or deletion questions, contact support@stokebike.com with enough detail to identify the request. Applicable rights depend on your location and the processing involved.

7. Data retention

Analytics retention follows the current Google Analytics property settings. Business correspondence may be retained as needed to answer an inquiry, provide support and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
